Create a New Patient File #
- Click the ‘Add Patient’ Button
- Enter Patient demographics including Name, Date of Birth, ID, Distance Rx, Gender, Ethnicity, Address, and any Remarks.
- Click ‘Save’ to create a Patient file, or click ‘Next’ in order to begin testing.
